1. You won’t be able to get C of O for that Land

2. If G0v£rnment have a need for that land, you won’t be able to proof 0wnership, talkless of getting c0mpensation

3. If any issues arise about the land and it lead to dispute and the matter has to go to c0urt …. how u wan take explain give c0urt say na your pikin wey never reach 21yrs old get the land…
