So am surprised to hear that they found W££d on my land

Although, This is a serious matter because the position of the Law is That who ever owns the Land, owns every above it up till heaven and you will responsible for whatever is found on it.
You also own everything below the land except for Natural Resources that are useful to the G0vt.
Example; if they find Crude oil under your ground, it belongs to the G0vt
But as na weed dem find your land, it belongs to you sir.
So at this point,
Running away won’t help the matter on ground.
If you know you are the one that planted the weed, it’s a serious offence under the Law (The India Hemp Act)
And the punishment is D£@th S£ntence or eat free stony beans for nothing less than 21yrs.
21yrs added to your age no be small thing oooo.
But if you are sure you don’t know anything about how the weed got there
Fear not.
But the only challenge you will face here is that, the same law says that, if you claim not to have knowledge of the W££d on your land (for example, if it was discovered on your land and you didn’t know it was there), the burden of proof lies on you oo. You must prove your innocence by yourself
So at this point.
Contact a Lawyer and show up to prove that you ar3 innocent
But even though say you dey innocent.
You go loose your freedom for the main time sir, pending when investigation go finish and the c0urt will acquit you.
